Account VIP Bets offers two ways to temporarily or permanently close your account — a cooling-off period and self-exclusion. Both can be set up directly from your account settings.

• Cooling-Off Period: Your account can be temporarily closed for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. You will not be able to log in during this period. Once the period ends, the account will reopen automatically.
• Self-Exclusion: You can suspend your account for 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. Early reactivation is not possible.

• One leg cancelled in an accumulator: The cancelled leg is counted as odds of 1.00 and the rest of the bet is settled on the remaining legs — the entire bet is not voided.
• Rescheduled Match: If a match is postponed by more than 48 hours, bets are generally voided and your stake is refunded.
